Sistine Chapel Back Wall
This painting was done after the ceiling. Originally all the figures were nude (we are all naked before God), but when the Cardinals saw it, they were shocked. One in particular made Michelangelo go back to paint clothes on the figures. He emerged 60 days later, with only one change made - the small figure in the lower right corner. It is the Cardinal who made the request, pictured in Hell, naked, with a snake biting him on the genitals. You've got to like his spirit! After Michelangelo's death, another artist was hired to add clothing.
